摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在利用情报经济模型为企业提供决策、投资的情报信息探索,改善内部控制质量,实现提高竞争实力的目的。[方法/过程]选取2017—2019年A股上市公司作为研究样本,将非效率投资样本分为投资不足与过度投资两个子样本,以内部控制质量作为中介变量构建中介效应模型,检验内部控制质量对真实盈余管理与企业非效率投资的调节效应,深入探究竞争情报对企业投资的非凡意义。[结果/结论]真实盈余管理与非效率投资是显著正相关关系;而显著的负相关关系在内部控制质量对非效率投资关系中可以被发现;同时,内部控制质量在二者的正影响关系中可以起到缓解作用。最后,肯定经济竞争情报在企业投资决策方面的作用并提出优化建议。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to use the information economic model to provide enterprises with information exploration for decision-making and investment improve the quality of internal control and improve their competitive strength.[Method/process]The paper selects 2017—2019 A-share listed companies as research samples divides the samples of the efficiency of investment into two subsample underinvestment and overinvestment.Also the paper takes the quality of internal control as an intermediary variable constructs an intermediary effect model to test the regulatory effect of the quality of internal control on real earnings management and enterprise inefficient investment and deeply explore the special significance of competitive intelligence to enterprise investment.[Result/conclusion]The real earnings management and inefficient investment is significantly positive correlation;the significant negative correlation can be found in the relationship between internal control quality and inefficiency investment.At the same time the quality of internal control can play a mitigating role in the positive influence relationship between the two.Finally it affirms the role of economic competitive intelligence in enterprise investment decision making and puts forward optimization suggestions.
