摘　　要：消化系统肿瘤发生率及死亡率高,目前缺乏敏感及特异的生物学检测指标及有效的治疗方法。环状RNA(circRNAs)是一种新型的非编码RNA(ncRNAs)分子,具有结构稳定、数量多、特异表达等特性。它们能通过充当微小RNA(miRNAs)分子海绵、调控基因的转录及剪接、参与蛋白质翻译等方式参与肿瘤发生发展。研究发现,它们在血液中稳定存在、分布广泛,并且循环血液中异常表达的circRNAs与消化系统肿瘤的发生发展关系密切,有望为消化系统肿瘤早期诊断及预后评估提供非侵入性生物标志物,并为肿瘤治疗靶点的选择提供参考。The incidence and mortality of digestive system neoplasms are high,and there is a lack of sensitive and specific bi-ological indicators and effective treatment methods.Circular RNAs(circRNAs)are a new type of non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs)mole-cule,with stable structure,large quantity and special expression.They can participate in tumor development by acting as molecular sponge of MicroRNAs(miRNAs),and regulating gene transcription and splicing,and participating in protein translation.It has been found that they are stable and widely distributed in the blood,and the abnormal expression of circRNAs in the circulating blood are closely related to the occurrence and development of digestive system neoplasms,which are expected to provide non-invasive biomark-ers for the early diagnosis and prognosis assessment of digestive system neoplasms,as well as references for the selection of tumor ther-apeutic targets.
