水分离双钩套扎针辅助单孔腹腔镜腹股沟疝腹膜外结扎术治疗双侧腹股沟疝患儿的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析水分离双钩套扎针辅助单孔腹腔镜腹股沟疝腹膜外结扎术治疗双侧腹股沟疝(IH)患儿的效果。方法选取2019年11月至2021年2月驻马店市中心医院收治的64例双侧IH患儿,依照手术方式将患儿分成对照组(31组)和观察组(33例)。对照组接受单孔腹腔镜腹股沟疝腹膜外结扎术(以下简称"单孔腹腔镜术")治疗,观察组接受水分离双钩套扎针辅助单孔腹腔镜腹股沟疝腹膜外结扎术(以下简称"联合术")治疗。比较两组手术时间、住院时间、术中失血量等手术及术后恢复情况、并发症发生情况。结果与对照组对比,观察组术中失血量较少,手术及住院时间均较短(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(6.06%)较对照组(29.03%)低(P<0.05)。结论联合术治疗双侧IH患儿,能减少术中失血量,缩短手术时间,促进患儿恢复,且并发症少。Objective To analyze the effect of water-separated double hook garnet needle assisted single port laparoscopic extraperitoneal ligation of inguinal hernia in children with bilateral inguinal hernia(IH).Methods A total of 64 children with bilateral IH admitted to Zhumadian Central Hospital from November 2019 to February 2021 were selected and divided into control group(31 cases) and observation group(33 cases) according to the surgical method.Control group received single port laparoscopic extraperitoneal ligation of inguinal hernia,and observation group received water-separated double hook garnet needle assisted single port laparoscopic extraperitoneal ligation of inguinal hernia.The operation and postoperative recovery(operation time,hospitalization time and intraoperative blood loss) and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss of observation group was less than that of control group,and the operation and hospitalization time were shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).The complication rate(6.06%) of observation group was lower than that(29.03%) of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The water-separated double hook garnet needle assisted single port laparoscopic extraperitoneal ligation of inguinal hernia in children with bilateral IH can reduce the intraoperative blood loss,shorten the operation time,promote the recovery of children and have fewer complications.
