金铃调胃汤联合艾条灸治疗肝胃不和证慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨金铃调胃汤联合艾条灸治疗肝胃不和证慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床效果。方法选择2018年1月至2021年6月在柘城中医院接受治疗的70例CAG患者,根据随机数表法分为两组,各35例。对照组患者接受常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受金铃调胃汤联合艾条灸治疗;治疗1个月时,评估两组患者临床疗效;于治疗前、治疗1个月时比较两组胃肠激素水平[胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)];记录两组治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗1个月,观察组总有效率(82.50%)高于对照组(77.14%)(P<0.05);治疗1个月,两组血清MTL、GAS水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论金铃调胃汤联合艾条灸能够有效改善肝胃不和证CAG胃动力,促进胃黏膜修复,疗效显著。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jinling Tiaowei Decoction combined with moxa stick moxibustion in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) with syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach.Methods Seventy patients with CAG treated in Zhecheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to June 2021 were selected,according to a random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,while the patients in the observation group were treated with Jinling Tiaowei Decoction combined with moxa stick moxibustion on the basis of the control group.After one month of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups during treatment was evaluated.Before and 1 month after treatment,the levels of gastrointestinal hormones [motilin(MTL) and gastrin(GAS)] were compared between the two groups.Adverse reactions were recorded and compared between the two groups during treatment.Results After 1 month of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(82.50%) was higher than that of the control group(77.14%)(P<0.05).One month after treatment,the levels of MTL and GAS in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,there was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Jinling Tiaowei Decoction combined with moxa stick moxibustion can effectively improve the gastric motility of CAG in liver stomach disharmony syndrome and promote the repair of gastric mucosa,with definite efficacy.
