摘 要:为了分析变频房间空调器在结霜工况下由于动态调节而表现出的运行特性,试验研究压缩机频率和室内机风机转速动态调节对其性能和房间温度变化的影响。结果表明:频率降低幅度影响室外机除霜程度,降幅越大,除霜效果越好,且制热时长提升越多,调节期间的最低送风温度越低;随着室内机风机转速下降,制热时长提升越多,调节期间的送风温度有所上升;在结霜工况下的动态调节可使房间温度的波动(最大1.7℃)低于常规除霜(最大5.2℃),且总的制热时长有所提升。本文研究成果可以为变频空气源热泵在结霜工况下的运行策略提供参考。In order to analyze the operating characteristics of variable frequency room air conditioner under frosting conditions due to dynamic adjustment,the effects of dynamic regulation of compressor frequency and internal fan speed on the performance of heat pump system and room temperature are tested.The results show that the frequency reduction affects the defrosting degree of outdoor units,and the greater the frequency reduction is,the better the defrosting effect is,and the longer the heating time is,while the lower the outlet air temperature is during the regulation period.With the decrease of internal fan speed,the longer the heating time is,and the outlet temperature will rise during the dynamic adjustment.The dynamic adjustment can make the room temperature fluctuation(the maximum 1.7℃)much lower than that of conventional defrosting(the maximum 5.2℃),and the whole heating time is improved.The research results can provide reference for the operation strategy of variable frequency air source heat pump under frosting conditions.
