社区脑卒中高危人群发病风险感知与健康行为的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:了解脑卒中高危人群发病风险感知和健康行为现状,并探讨两者间的关系。方法:通过健康促进生活方式量表(HPLP-II)、脑卒中高危人群发病风险感知问卷对201例社区脑卒中高危人群进行调查。结果:脑卒中高危人群发病风险感知总分为(96.17±1.23)分,21个条目的均分为(4.58±0.06)分,健康行为总分为(143.99±1.72)分,各维度平均得分由高到低依次是:自我实现(3.00±0.04)分、营养(2.84±0.04)分、压力管理(2.83±0.04)分、人际关系(2.76±0.04)分、健康责任感(2.68±0.05)分、运动锻炼(2.49±0.05)分;脑卒中高危人群发病风险感知与健康行为总分及各维度得分呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:社区脑卒中高危人群的健康行为水平处于中等偏上,发病风险感知水平越高的人群其健康行为水平越高,可关注脑卒中高危人群发病风险感知和健康行为现状,帮助其正确认识自身的健康情况,改善对疾病的错误感知,减少影响疾病转归的不良影响,从而有效提升脑卒中高危人群的健康行为。Objective:To understand the status quo of risk perception and health behaviors in high-risk stroke populations and explore the relationship between them.Methods:A survey of 201 community-based high-risk stroke populations was conducted through the Health Promoting Lifestyle ProfileⅡ(HPLP-Ⅱ)and the Risk Perception Questionnaire for High-Risk Stroke Populations.Results:The total score of risk perception high-risk population of stroke was(96.17±1.23)points,the average score of 21 items was(4.58±0.06)points,and the total score of health behavior was(143.99±1.72)points.The average score of each dimension ranged from high to low were:self-realization(3.00±0.04)points,nutrition(2.84±0.04)points,stress management(2.83±0.04)points,interpersonal relationship(2.76±0.04)points,health responsibility(2.68±0.05)points,and sports exercise(2.49±0.05)points;the risk perception of stroke high-risk population was positively correlated with the total score of health behavior and the scores of various dimensions(P<0.01).Conclusions:The healthy behavior level of the high-risk stroke population in the community was at the upper-middle level.People with higher risk perception of onset have higher levels of health behavior.More attention should be paid to the risk perception and health behavior status of the high-risk stroke population,in order to help them correctly understand their health status,improve the misperception of disease,and reduce the adverse effects that affect the outcome of the disease,thereby effectively improving the health behavior of people with high risk of stroke.
