摘 要:目的:分析CBE教学模式在内分泌科临床带教过程中的应用效果.方法:以内分泌科临床医学专业实习生为研究对象,分为研究组及对照组,分别使用CBE带教模式和常规带教模式,对出科理论成绩、技能操作成绩及带教满意度进行比较研究.结果:研究组理论成绩以及技能操作得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);且在带教满意度评分上也明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:CBE教学模式较常规教学模式相比,可有效提升内分泌科临床实习医师的学习兴趣、理论知识水平,并能提高学生对带教的满意度,对临床带教有积极作用.Objective:To analyze the effect of application of CBE(competency-based education)teaching mode in clinical teaching of Endocrinology.Methods:Taking interns in endocrinology department as the research object,they were divided into a research group and a control group,the conventional teaching mode and CBE teaching mode were respectively applied.The after-department theoretical achievement and skill operation achievement,teaching satisfaction of the two groups were comparatively studied.Results:The after-department theoretical scores and skill operation scores in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);and the satisfaction score in the research group was also significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the conventional teaching mode,CBE teaching mode can effectively improve the learning interest and theoretical knowledge level of clinical interns in endocrinology department,and improve students’satisfaction with teaching,so it has a positive effect on medical teaching.
