探讨和分析阿立哌唑与奥氮平治疗精神分裂症患者的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探究精神分裂症患者治疗中阿立哌唑与奥氮平的治疗效果。方法于我院2018年7月至2019年7月收治的精神分裂症患者中随机抽取160例进行临床研究,将其经电脑等量随机法分为对照组和研究组,分组对比治疗前后阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分,治疗痊愈及好转率,药物不良反应发生率以及糖代谢指标检测情况。结果治疗后2周、4周PASNN评分中总分、阳性症状、阴性症状以及一般精神病理评分与治疗前相比均有所降低(P<0.05),研究组治疗后2周总分低于对照组(P<0.05),其它指标对比无显著性(P>0.05),研究组患者治疗后4周阳性症状、阴性症状以及一般精神病理评分与对照组相比均较高,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。160例患者治疗后痊愈及好转率对比无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组药物不良反应发生率与对照组相比均较低,糖代谢指标检测中FBG、TC、TG均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),HDL以及LDL水平对比无显著差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者治疗中奥氮平和阿立哌唑的应用均能够起到显著的治疗效果,阿立哌唑安全性更高。Objective To explore the effect of aripiprazole and olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods One hundred and sixty patients with schizophrenia in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were randomly selected for clinical study.They were divided into control group and research group by computer equivalent random method.The scores of positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS)before and after treatment were compared,the cure rate and improvement rate,the incidence of drug toxicity and side effects,and the detection of glucose metabolism index were compared.Results The total scores,positive symptoms,negative symptoms and general psychopathological scores of the two groups of PASNN scores were lower than before treatment at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05);the total scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group 2 weeks after treatment(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in other indicators(P>0.05);the above indicators in the study group were lower than those in the control group 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the recovery and improvement rate of 160 patients after treatment(P>0.05).The incidence of drug toxicity and side effects in the study group was lower than that in the control group.The levels of FBG,TC and TG in the glucose metabolism index were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of HDL and LDL(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of olanzapine and aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia can play a significant therapeutic effect,and aripiprazole is safer.
