摘 要:采用低温燃烧合成法一步合成了CdCr_(2)O_(4)/Cr_(2)O_(3)复合电极材料。通过XRD、SEM、紫外可见分光光度计和电化学工作站表征了材料的物相结构、表面形貌、光学性质和电化学性质。结果表明,该复合电极材料由CdCr_(2)O_(4)和Cr_(2)O_(3)两相组成,不含其他任何杂质元素,颗粒近似呈球形且颗粒尺寸分布均匀,平均颗粒尺寸为85 nm,具有高的可见光响应能力、电荷转移能力和分离效率,颜色为棕褐色,可作为棕褐色颜料,是一种潜在的电极材料。CdCr_(2)O_(4)/Cr_(2)O_(3)composite electrode material was successfully synthesized by low temperature combustion synthesis method.The phase structure,surface morphology,optical and electrochemical properties of the materials were characterized by XRD,SEM,UV-vis spectrophotometer and electrochemical workstation.The results indicate that the composite electrode material is composed of two phases,CdCr_(2)O_(4)and Cr_(2)O_(3),without any other impurity elements.The particles are approximately spherical,and the particle size distribution is uniform,with an average particle size of 85 nm.The electrode material has high visible light response ability,high charge transfer ability,high separation efficiency,and the color is brown.It can be used as a brown pigment and potential electrode material.
