摘 要:基于离散颗粒群理论,考虑碳烟尺寸的影响因素,构建了碳烟颗粒动力学模型中的破碎模型,并采用矩量投影法建立了该模型的详细数学模型.以预混乙烯层流火焰装置为基础,将上述模型与KM2气相反应机理耦合,计算了碳烟生成过程中数量浓度、质量浓度和尺寸分布.将计算数据与文献中相应试验值进行比较,结果表明:考虑碳烟尺寸影响因素的破碎模型能够更好地模拟碳烟颗粒在不同火焰高度的数量浓度变化,并较为精准地计算了碳烟颗粒在大尺寸处的分布情况;虽然模型能较好地模拟碳烟颗粒在不同火焰高度的质量浓度变化,但是高火焰区域模拟的碳烟质量浓度略低于试验值情况没有明显改善.A new soot fragmentation model based on the population balance modelling technique was presented,in which the effect of soot particle size on the fragmentation frequency has been taken into consideration.An advanced moment projection method was adopted to handle the soot population balance model.An acetylene fuelled premixed laminar flame was simulated where the KM2 mechanism was used to describe the gas phase chemistry.The soot number density,mass and particle size distribution were calculated and compared with the experimental measure-ments.Results suggest that the proposed soot model could better predict the evolution of the soot number density as a function of the flame height compared with the previously accepted model where the effect of the soot particle size was not considered.The new model is able to accurately predict the distribution of soot particles at large sizes.However,both the new model and the previously accepted one fail to capture the evolution of the soot mass at high flame heights.
