摘  要:生物医学工程学导论课程理论性较强,理解起来太抽象,传统授课方式已经无法符合现代医学要求。根据教学过程中出现的问题,教学团队结合最新的科研成果,分析生物医学工程学导论课程教学改革的必要性,提出了科研反哺教学进行案例式教学设计,通过启发式教学进行个性化教学设计及教学评价设计等教学改革方案。案例式教学不仅增强新生对所学专业的认识,培养新生的学习兴趣,更能培养学生的创新精神及发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力。The introductim to biomedical engineering course is theoretical and abstract to understand, so the traditional teaching method cannot meet the requirements of modern medicine. According to the problems in the teaching process,the teaching team combined the latest scientific research results to analyze the necessity of teaching reform of biomedical engineering course, and proposed some teaching reform schemes, such as case-based teaching design based on scientific research backfeeding teaching, personalized teaching design through heuristic teaching and teaching evaluation design. Case-based teaching can not only enhance the freshmen’s understanding of their major and cultivate their interest in learning, but also cultivate their innovative spirit and ability to discover, analyze and solve problems.
