人文关怀在耳鼻喉内窥镜检查护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨耳鼻喉内窥镜检查护理中人文关怀的应用及对患者焦虑评分(SAS)、抑郁评分(SDS)的影响。方法选取2019年9月至2020年8月在山西省长治市人民医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科进行耳鼻喉内窥镜检查的患者192例,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组。对照组96例,采用常规的耳鼻喉内窥镜检查护理方式;观察组96例,在对照组常规护理的基础上结合人文关怀的应用。比较两组护理前后SAS评分及SDS评分、舒适度评分及护理满意度。结果干预后两组SAS及SDS评分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各项舒适度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳鼻喉内窥镜检查护理中人文关怀的应用可以有效缓解患者的焦虑及抑郁情况,增加患者的舒适度,且患者对护理的满意度更高,值得临床进一步推广。Objective To explore the application of humanistic care in the nursing of ear,nose and throat endoscopy and its influence on the self-rating anxiety score(SAS)and self-rating depression score(SDS).Methods A total of 192 patients who underwent ENT endoscopy at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery,Changzhi City People’s Hospital in Shanxi Province from September 2019 to August 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.A total of 96 cases in the control group were treated with conventional ENT endoscopy and nursing;a total of 96 cases in the observation group,combined with the application of humanistic care on the basis of routine care in the control group.The SAS score and SDS score,comfort score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than before the intervention,while the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The comfort scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care in the nursing of ENT endoscopy can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of the patients,increase the comfort of the patients,and the patients are more satisfied with the nursing,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
