摘  要:在经济与科研飞速发展的时代,飞机已经成为重要的交通及运输方式。如何保证飞机密闭的机舱内环境参数的稳定和适宜,成了研究飞机环境控制系统的一个重要方向[1]。涡轮冷却器是飞机环控系统的重要组成部分,它的性能和结构等直接影响着整个环控系统的先进性和可靠性。目前我国民航飞机还没有涡轮冷却器的智能型温度检测设备,由于受客观条件的制约,维修人员对于飞机部件的检测维修困难,费时费力。文章对涡轮冷却器的温度控制进行建模,通过对涡轮冷却器温度测试系统的硬件设计和仿真,为涡轮冷却器的检测与维修提供理论依据。In this era of rapid economic and scientific research development,aircraft has become an important means of transportation.How to ensure the stability and suitability of environmental parameters in the closed cabin of aircraft has become an important direction for the study of aircraft environmental control system;.The turbine cooler is an important part of the aircraft environmental control system.Its performance and structure directly affect the advanced and reliability of the whole environmental control system.At present,there is no intelligent temperature detection equipment for turbine cooler in civil aircraft in China.Due to the constraints of objective conditions,it is difficult,time-consuming and laborious for maintenance personnel to detect and maintain aircraft components.In this paper,the temperature control of turbine cooler is modeled.Through the hardware design and simulation of turbine cooler temperature test system,it provides a theoretical basis for the detection and maintenance of turbine cooler.
