摘　　要：李杲,金元四大家之一,补土派创始人。其著作《脾胃论》中记载很多关于针灸疗法的内容,并被高武整理、总结并命名为《东垣针法》。就《东垣针法》有关学术思想进行汇总与分析,分别从其理论基础、理论渊源和理论特点进行讨论,以期“东垣针法”能够更好的应用于临床,服务于针灸从业者。Li Gao is one of the four famous doctors in the Jin and Yuan Dynasties,and the founder of the theory of“Bu Tu”.Pi wei lun recorded a lot of content about acupuncture and moxibustion,which was sorted out,summarized and named Dongyuan acupuncture method by GAO Wu.In acupuncture,he developed a unique Dongyuan acupuncture method centering on the spleen and stomach theory.This article summarizes and analyzes the academic thoughts in Dongyuan acupuncture method,and discusses from theoretical basis,theoretical origin and theoretical characteristics.“Dongyuan acupuncture method”can be better applied to the clinic and serve acupuncture practitioners.
