摘　　要：目的:探讨机械取栓联合静脉溶栓对急性脑梗死患者神经损伤标志物和神经递质的影响。方法:选取84例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各42例。对照组行静脉溶栓治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用机械取栓术治疗。比较两组神经损伤标志物[泛素羧基末端水解酶-1(UCH-L1)、中枢神经特异性蛋白(S100-β)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、神经胶质原纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)]和神经递质[5-羟色胺(5-HT)、谷氨酸(Glu)、天冬氨酸(Asp)、多巴胺(DA)]水平。结果:治疗后,观察组UCH-L1、S100-β、NSE、GFAP、Glu和Asp水平均低于对照组,5-HT和DA水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:机械取栓术联合静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死患者可降低神经损伤标志物水平,改善神经递质水平,效果优于单纯静脉溶栓治疗。Objective:To explore effects of mechanical thrombectomy combined with intravenous thrombolysis on nerve injury markers and neurotransmitter levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:84 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intravenous thrombolysis,while the observation group was treated with mechanical thrombectomy on the basis of that of the control group.The levels of nerve injury markers[ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase-1(UCH-L1),central nerve specific protein(S100-β),neuron-specific enolase(NSE),glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)]and neurotransmitters[5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),glutamic acid(Glu),aspartic acid(Asp),dopamine(DA)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the levels of UCH-L1,S100-β,NSE,GFAP,Glu and Asp in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the 5-HT and DA levels were higher than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Mechanical thrombectomy combined with intravenous thrombolysis in the patients with acute cerebral infarction can reduce the nerve injury marker levels and improve the neurotransmitter levels.Moreover,it is superior to single intravenous thrombolysis.
