摘　　要：本文阐述了高职高专院校图书馆员职业胜任力现状,分析了图书馆员应具备的职业素质,并提出高职高专院校图书馆员职业胜任力的提升路径,旨在有效促进高职高专院校图书馆事业的发展。This paper expounds the present situation of the professional competence of librarians in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the professional quality that the librarians should have,and puts forward the path to enhance the professional competence of librarians,so as to promote the development of higher vocational college library.
