基于产教融合视角的现代区域职教大综合体多维协同机制构建研究

摘　　要：为探索产教融合背景下区域职教融合发展及一体化建设机制,本文首先从政策机制、参与主体、利益分配等角度分析职教融合发展的制约因素,其次基于多维度视角设计校、地、企、行多方参与的协同创新模式,最后提出了区域职业教育与区域社会、产业、经济、文化深度融合发展的职教综合体的构建路径。In order to explore the regional vocational education integration development mechanism under the background of industry-education integration,this paper analyzes the restrictive factors of vocational education integration development from the perspectives of policy mechanism,participants and interest distribution,designs the collaborative innovation model with the participation of schools,local governments,enterprises and industry associations from a multi-dimensional perspective,and puts forward the construction path of vocational education complex which integrates regional vocational education with regional society,industry,economy and culture.
