摘  要:目的研究非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)预后免疫相关预测基因。方法在癌症基因组图谱中获取数据后,进行标准化处理,并筛选出免疫相关差异表达基因,再进行Cox回归分析建立最佳的风险模型并利用基因表达综合数据库中数据进行外部验证。结果 336个基因被鉴定为NSCLC的免疫相关差异表达基因,经过Cox回归分析得到一个由7基因组成的曲线下面积为0.703的预测NSCLC预后的风险模型,经评估和验证,该模型可预测NSCLC预后风险,且构建模型的7个基因均影响预后。结论本研究基于免疫相关差异表达基因构建的预后模型,旨在对NSCLC的预后研究提供新的策略。Objective To study immune-related predicted genes of prognosis in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods After the data were obtained from the cancer genome atlas,standardized processing was carried out,and immune-related differentially expressed genes were screened out.Cox regression analysis was conducted to establish the best risk model,and gene expression omnibus data were used for external verification.Results A total of 336 genes were identified as immune-related differentially expressed genes of NSCLC,and a prognostic risk model of NSCLC with an area under the curve of 0.703 composed of seven genes was obtained by Cox regression analysis.After evaluation and validation,this model can predict prognostic risk of NSCLC,and all seven genes constructed in the model affect prognosis.Conclusion In this study,a prognostic model based on immune-related differentially expressed genes was constructed to provide a new strategy for the prognostic study of NSCLC.
