摘　　要：升降理论源远流长,是中医理论体系的重要组成部分,贯穿于脾胃系统疾病辨证论治全过程。任顺平教授临证多年,擅以升降理论来辨治慢性萎缩性胃炎,认为本虚标实、寒热错杂为本病主要特征,脾胃虚弱、气机不畅是其病理基础,治疗方面以调畅气机、复其升降、恢复脾胃生理功能为主,常以辨病辨证、中药内服、运动调摄三管齐下,临证思路清晰,标本兼顾,用药精准,疗效显著。结合验案举隅,佐证任教授学术经验,以飨同道。The theory of ascending and descending has a long history.It is an important part of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine and runs through the whole process of treatment based on syndrome differentiation of diseases of the spleen and stomach system.Professor Ren Shunping has used the theory of ascending and descending to diagnose and treat chronic atrophic gastritis for many years.He believes that the main characteristics of chronic atrophic gastritis are deficient root and excessive superficial,and intermingled cold and heat.Deficiency of spleen and stomach and impediments of qi movement are the pathological basis of this kind of disease.The treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis is to regulate qi movement,recover rise and fall,and restore physiological function of spleen and stomach.The three-pronged approaches of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine,and the exercise adjustment are often used simultaneously.Professor Ren Shunping’s clinical thinking is clear,and he pays great attention to both manifestation and root cause,with accurate medication,and the effect is significant.The typical case is used to prove the academic experience of Professor Ren Shunping,so as to share with the people engaged in the same pursuit.
