《望诊遵经》“相气十法”在中医色诊中的运用

摘　　要："相气十法"又名望气十法,出自汪宏《望诊遵经》,此法通过审察周身各部气、色、形、态,结合病症、四时、方位、体质、脉象等,辨识疾病之表里、阴阳、虚实、新久、顺逆。"相气十法"作为望诊的重要内容,在临床色诊的应用中发挥指导作用。本文从"相气十法"的出处、内涵及该法与中医面诊、手诊、舌诊等具体色诊的联系与实际运用作了梳理和归纳,以期为中医临床诊断提供新的思路。"Ten methods of phase and qi"also known as the ten methods of wangqi,comes from Wang Hong’s Wangzhen Zunjing.This method by examining the qi,color,shape and state of each part of the body,and combined with the symptoms,four seasons,orientation,constitution,pulse manifestation,and so on to identify the disease outside and inside,yin-yang,excess-deficiency,improvement and deterioration,straight and reverse.As an important content of inspection,"ten methods of phase and qi"plays a guiding role in the application of clinical color diagnosis.In this paper,the origin and connotation of"ten methods of phase and qi"and the connection and practical application of this method with facial diagnosis,hand diagnosis,tongue diagnosis and other specific color diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine are analyzed and summarized in order to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine.
