对比慢性窦道型根尖周炎一次性与多次性根管治疗的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 对比慢性窦道型根尖周炎一次性与多次性根管治疗的临床疗效。方法 150例慢性窦道型根尖周炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组,每组75例。对照组患者采用多次性根管治疗,研究组患者采用一次性根管治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,治疗5 d后患牙疼痛持续时间,临床治疗效果。结果 治疗5 d后,研究组患者的VAS评分(2.42±1.15)分低于对照组的(3.24±1.23)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患牙疼痛持续时间(3.58±1.04)d短于对照组的(4.33±1.21)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组临床治疗总有效率97.33%高于对照组的88.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 一次性根管治疗可减轻慢性窦道型根尖周炎患者患牙处的疼痛,缩短疼痛持续时间,临床治疗效果显著,值得推广。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of single-visit and multiple-visit root canal therapy for chronic apical periodontitis with sinus tracts.Methods A total of 150 patients with chronic apical periodontitis with sinus tracts were studied and divided into control group and research group according to the random numerical table,with 75 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with multiplevisit root canal therapy,and patients in the research group were treated with single-visit root canal therapy.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score before and after treatment,duration of pain in the affected teeth after 5 d of treatment,and the clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results After 5 d of treatment,the VAS scores(2.42±1.15)points of the research group were lower than(3.24±1.23)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of pain in the affected teeth(3.58±1.04)d in the research group was shorter than(4.33±1.21)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment 97.33%in the research group was higher than 88.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Single-visit root canal therapy can relieve the pain in the tooth of patients with chronic apical periodontitis with sinus tracts,shorten the duration of the pain,and the clinical treatment effect is significant,which is worthy of promotion.
