柴胡消溃汤联合三联疗法对消化性溃疡患者的治疗效果及对生长因子表达影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨柴胡消溃汤联合三联疗法对消化性溃疡患者的治疗效果及对生长因子表达的影响。方法:选择消化道溃疡并发幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter Pylori,Hp)感染的100例患者,随机法将患者分为对照组与治疗组,每组50例,对照组采用埃索美拉唑联合阿莫西林以及左氧氟沙星三联疗法,治疗组采用柴胡消溃汤联合埃索美拉唑联合阿莫西林以及左氧氟沙星三联疗法。对比在接受4周治疗后两组患者的治疗有效率、不良反应发生率、炎症因子水平与生长因子表达、Hp根除率等指标的变化。结果:治疗组患者的治疗有效率显著高于对照组,P <0.05。治疗后治疗组的血清白细胞介素-8(Interleukin-8,IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)指标水平低于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后治疗组表皮细胞生长因子(Epidermal Growth Factor,EGF)、转化生长因子-α(Transforming Growth Factor-α,TGF-α)水平均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗组患者的不良反应发生率与Hp根除率显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:柴胡消溃汤联合三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果优异,不良反应少,患者的炎性因子水平显著降低,生长因子水平显著升高,恢复良好,可进行推广使用。Objective:To investigate the effect of the Chaihu Xiaokui decoction(柴胡消溃汤) plus the triple therapy on peptic ulcer and growth factor expression.Methods:100 patients were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,with 50 patients in each.The control group was treated with esomeprazole,amoxicillin and levofloxacin triple therapy.The treatment group was treated with the Chaihu Xiaokui decoction more.The efficiency,adverse reaction rate,inflammatory factor level and growth factor,and Hp eradication rate were compared between groups after 4 weeks.Results:The effective rate in the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum IL-8,TNF-α and CRP in the treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of EGF and TGF-α in the treatment group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and Hp eradicate rate in the treatment group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Chaihu Xiaokui decoction plus the triple therapy is effective in treating peptic ulcers,with fewer adverse reactions,can decrease inflammatory factors,increase the growth factor levels,and is worthy of pronrotion.
