基于三维生态足迹的阿克苏地区自然资本动态研究

摘　　要：运用改进的三维生态足迹模型,利用足迹广度、足迹深度、存量与流量资本利用率及变化率与剪刀差等指标分析了2007—2016年阿克苏地区自然资本动态变化。结果显示:阿克苏地区人均生态足迹、生态赤字以及生态承载力逐渐上升;阿克苏地区足迹深度大于1并且逐渐加大,足迹广度呈现周期性上升;耕地和建设用地的存量资本利用率持续上升;阿克苏地区的足迹深度和足迹广度的剪刀差都出现了周期性的下降趋势。表示阿克苏地区已向生态赤字时代迈进,区域的发展面临一种新的常态。为此得出以下结论:在增加自然资本收益率的同时,需增强其流动性,尽可能放缓自然资本、存量资本的消耗速度,才能更好地实现区域可持续发展。Using the improved three-dimensional ecological footprint model,the dynamic changes of natural capital in Aksu region from^(2)007 to 2016 were analyzed by using the footprint width,footprint depth,stock and flow capital utilization rate,change rate and scissors difference.The results showed that:the per capita ecological footprint,ecological deficit and ecological carrying capacity of Aksu region were gradually increasing;the footprint depth of Aksu area was greater than 1 and gradually increased,and the footprint width increased periodically;the utilization rate of stock capital of arable land and construction land continued to rise;the scissors difference of footprint depth and footprint width in Aksu area has a periodic downward trend.It indicated that Aksu area has stepped into the ecological deficit era,and the regional development is facing a new normal.Therefore,the following conclusions were drawn:while increasing the rate of return of natural capital,it is necessary to enhance its liquidity,as far as possible to slow down the consumption rate of natural capital stock,in order to better achieve regional sustainable development.
