摘　　要：目的探讨曼陀罗彩绘对康复期精神分裂症患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法选取我院2019年3月~2020年6月期间收治的100名康复期精神分裂症患者作为主要研究对象,按随机数字表法将研究对象随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组50例患者参加普通工娱疗活动,研究组50例患者在对照组基础上予以曼陀罗彩绘治疗。比较两组患者干预前后的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分和阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分。结果研究组患者临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者的PANSS评分、HAMD评分和HAMA评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预4周和8周后,研究组患者的PANSS评分、HAMD评分和HAMA评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论曼陀罗彩绘治疗康复期精神分裂症患者疗效确切,能够改善患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of Datura mandala painting on anxiety and depression of schizophrenic patients in the convalescent period.Methods A total of 100 patients with schizophrenia in the convalescence period admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the main research subjects,and the subjects were randomly divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method.The control group(50 cases)participated in the general work recreational therapy activities,and the study group(50 cases)received the treatment of mandala painting on the basis of the control group.The scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Positive and Negative Symptoms Scale(PANSS)before and after intervention between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistical significance in PANSS score,HAMD score and HAMA score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of intervention,PANSS score,HAMD score and HAMA score in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Datura mandala painting has a definite effect on patients with schizophrenia in the rehabilitation period and can improve the anxiety and depression of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
