疏肝开窍针刺法联合利培酮对首发精神分裂患者的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨疏肝开窍针刺法联合利培酮对首发精神分裂患者的临床疗效。方法选择2017年3月~2020年3月期间我院收治的100例首发精神分裂患者作为主要研究对象,按随机数字表法将研究对象随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组50例患者给予利培酮片治疗,研究组50例患者在对照组基础上联合疏肝开窍针刺法治疗,连续治疗4个月。观察对比两组患者治疗前后的简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分、韦氏记忆测验(WMS)评分、威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)评分和社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评分,及临床疗效评价。结果治疗后,研究组患者的BPRS评分、WCST持续性错误数、WCST完成第一个分类所需应答数、SDSS各项评分及总评分低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者WMS总分水平高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疏肝开窍针刺法联合利培酮治疗能有效改善首发精神分裂患者的精神症状,提高患者认知功能和社会功能,疗效确切,值得临床中推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Shugan Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with risperidone on patients with first-episode schizophrenia.Methods A total of 100 patients with first-episode schizophrenia were collected in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 and randomly divided into two groups:study group and control group.The 50 patients in control group were treated with risperidone,and 50 patients in study group were treated with the combination of risperdone and Shugan Kaiqiao acupuncture for 4 months.The psychiatric rating scale(BPRS)score,Wechsler memory test(WMS)score,Wisconsin card sorting test(WCST)score and social functional impairment screening scale(SDSS)score before and after treatment between the two groups,as well as clinical efficacy evaluation were compared.Results After treatment,BPRS score,persistent error number,RESPONSE number required for WCST to complete the first classification,SDSS scores were lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05),and the total WMS score in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with risperidone can effectively improve the mental symptoms and cognitive and social functions of patients with first-episode schizophrenia.It is effective and worthy of clinical application.
