脑卒中单元治疗模式对脑卒中患者的疗效及不良情绪、生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析脑卒中患者接受脑卒中单元治疗模式治疗的疗效及对不良情绪、生活质量的影响。方法选择2018年8月~2020年8月接诊的116例脑卒中患者,按照随机数字表法将全部病例按照1:1比例平衡分配至对照组(纳入58例,行常规治疗)、观察组(纳入58例,行脑卒中单元治疗),对组间不良情绪、神经缺损评分(NHISS)、生活能力评分(BI)、运动功能评分(FMA)、生活质量(WHOQOL-BREF)、临床疗效展开分析。结果(1)组间不良情绪、NHISS、BI、FMA、WHOQOL-BREF在治疗前无明显差异,P>0.05;治疗后,观察组不良情绪、NHISS、BI、FMA、WHOQOL-BREF均优于对照组,P<0.05;(2)观察组4例无效(6.89%),对照组12例无效(20.69%),P<0.05。结论对脑卒中患者采用脑卒中单元治疗模式,能够增强疗效,改善患者不良情绪、神经缺损状况、生活能力与运动功能,提高生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of stroke unit therapy and its influence on the bad mood and the quality of life.Methods The 116 stroke patients admitted from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected.According to the random number table method,all the cases were allocated to the control group(58 cases under routine treatment)and the observation group in a 1:1 ratio.Enrolled 58 cases,underwent stroke unit treatment,and analyzed the adverse mood,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NHISS),Barthel Index(BI),the Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale(FMA),WHO quality of life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF),and clinical efficacy between groups.Results(1)There was no significant difference in the adverse emotions,NHISS,BI,FMA and WHOQOL-BREF before treatment,P>0.05;after treatment,the adverse emotions,NHISS,BI,FMA and WHOQOL-BREF in the observation group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05;(2)4 cases in the observation group were invalid(6.89%),12 cases in the control group were invalid(20.69%),P<0.05.Conclusion The treatment of stroke unit can enhance the curative effect,improve the patients'bad mood,nerve defect,life ability and motor function,and improve the quality of life.
