摘 要:经过十余年的发展,"文教结合"战略已成为一种制度创新模式,既引领着文化艺术的传承与传播,也指导着文化创意产业的服务支撑和人才引育,产教互动的特征日趋明显。本文通过对上海地区四所综合型高校的个案研究,试图厘清当前普通高校文化艺术教育的开展模式及其产教互动特征。未来高校文化艺术教育应当形成对共同治理需求的深度共识,探索符合实际的产教融合领导机制;加大对人才培养需求的双向认同,深化学科内涵建设的产教融合;推动对关键资源需求的共同理解,完善"人财物"等关键环节的机制保障,真正实现从"产教互动"到"产教融合"的转变。In the latest decade,the cultural and education integration project in Shanghai has matured into a system innovation model. This mode not only promotes the inheritance and dissemination of culture and art,but also provides guidance on the service support and talent induction in cultural creative industries. The characteristics of the interaction between production and education are becoming more and more obvious. Conducting case studies of four comprehensive universities in Shanghai,the paper also clarifies the current mode of carrying out cultural and artistic education and their interactive characteristics of production and education. In the future,cultural and artistic education in universities should take the following measures to truly realize the transformation from interaction between production and education to integration of production and education: 1) Form a deep consensus on the needs of co-governance and explore a practical leadership mechanism for the integration of industry and education. 2)Increase the two-way recognition of personnel training needs and deepen the integration of production and education in the construction of discipline connotation. 3)Promote common understanding of key resource needs and improve the mechanism guarantee of key links such as human and financial.
