摘  要:高职扩招的有力推进为我国发展现代化职业教育开创了全新局面,对缓解当前就业压力提供全新思路,同时为“技能强国”战略实施培养一大批技能人才。通过分析两年来十堰市高职扩招政策的执行情况及实行中存在的困难,提出提高扩招群体人才培养质量,疫情常态化防控下多元制学生管理,为扩招群体提供稳定保障解决后顾之忧,建立重点群体跟踪服务体系等策略,为高校扩招不同群体生源提高人才培养质量作出有益支撑。The vigorous advancement of the expansion of higher vocational education has created a new situation for the development of modern vocational education in my country,providing new ideas for alleviating the current employment pressure,and at the same time cultivating a large number of skilled talents for the implementation of the"skilled country"strategy.Based on the analysis of the implementation of the higher vocational recruitment expansion policy in Shiyan in the past two years and the difficulties in its implementation,it is proposed to improve the quality of talent training for the expansion group,and to provide a stable guarantee for the expansion group to solve the worries and establish the key points.Strategies such as the group tracking service system provide useful support for the expansion of different groups of students in colleges and universities to improve the quality of talent training.
