摘　　要：目的探讨单孔胸腔镜联合颈部切口颈纵隔肿瘤切除术的安全性。方法2017年1月~2020年12月,对11例肿瘤下界达到或超过主动脉弓切迹水平的颈纵隔肿瘤行单孔胸腔镜联合颈部低领状切口手术。结果11例均手术顺利,手术时间162~210(180.0±16.0)min。术后1例短期声音嘶哑。术后随访6~24个月,平均15个月,无其他并发症发生。结论单孔胸腔镜联合颈部切口可应用于颈纵隔肿瘤切除,安全、有效。Objective To investigate the safety of single-port thoracoscopy combined with neck incision in the resection of cervical mediastinal tumor.Methods Clinical data of 11 patients with cervical mediastinal tumor diagnosed in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.Single-port thoracoscopy combined with neck incision was performed.Results All the 11 patients were operated successfully.The operative time was 162-210(180.0±16.0)min.One patient developed short-term hoarseness after operation.They were followed up for 6-24 months(mean,15 months),no other operation related complications occurred.Conclusion Single-port thoracoscopy combined with neck incision can be used in patients with cervical mediastinal tumor,which is a safe and effective surgical method.
