摘　　要：目的观察使用高血压慢病管理软件是否可提高乡村医生高血压知识慢病管理知识水平,寻找适合乡村医生的高血压管理知识培训方法。方法以陕西省旬邑县5个镇的乡村医生为研究对象,随机抽取部分医生应用高血压管理软件管理高血压患者6个月,开始前后分别做测试问卷评估其高血压慢病管理知识水平,对比其前后得分。最终57名医生参与并完成了本研究。结果使用高血压慢病管理软件半年后,乡村医生的高血压慢病管理知识问卷得分较开始前显著提高(8.9±3.3 vs 10.6±3.1;P=0.001)。结论高血压慢病管理软件可能是对我国西部乡村医生进行高血压继续教育的一个有效、便捷的工具。Objective To observe the effect of continuing education for country doctors through hypertension management software.Methods This study was carried out in five towns of Xunyi County in Shaanxi Province,some doctors were randomly selected to manage hypertension patients with hypertension management software for 6 months.Questionnaires were conducted to evaluate their knowledge level of hypertension at the baseline and end of the study.Finally,57 doctors completed the study.Results The mean score of hypertension questionnaire of country doctors was 8.9±3.3 at baseline.After country doctors managed hypertension patients with hypertension management software for 6 months,the mean score was 10.6±3.1 which was significantly improved(P=0.001).Conclusion The hypertension management software may be an effective and convenient tool for continuing education for country doctors in western China.
