摘 要:目的分析与评价南京医科大学2018级八年制及五年制临床医学、儿科专业以及五年制影像、眼视光专业本科生腔镜操作考核的试卷质量,为提高腔镜教学质量提供依据。方法运用SPSS 26.0软件分析912名学生腔镜模拟训练下,“粗线穿孔”以及“打外科结”的基本技能考核成绩。对考试成绩进行频数、难度、区分度、信度、正态性分析。结果纳入时间系数后试卷整体难度适中(P=0.68),信度一般(α=0.510)。各评分点区分度好,试卷整体质量较高。在考核总成绩、分项成绩、分项完成率上,均呈现五年制临床+儿科专业最优,八年制临床+儿科专业次之,五年制影像+眼视光专业最末的趋势,具有统计学差异。计时压力显著增加了考核的难度,同时提升了考核的区分度及信度。全部学生及各大专业的总成绩均不呈正态分布,总平均成绩为(67.56±20.66)分,三个大专业依次为(69.76±20.21)分、(64.75±20.26)分和(62.01±22.29)分。结论此考核较全面地反映学生对腔镜操作技能的掌握程度。计时压力提升了考核的质量。八年制专业生源质量与考核成绩不匹配,值得思考教学教育改革方向。Objective To analyze and evaluate the quality of laparoscopic operation examination submitted by 8-year and 5-year undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine,pediatrics,and 5-year imaging and optometry at Nanjing Medical University in 2018,with the goal of establishing a foundation for improving laparoscopic teaching quality.Methods SPSS 26.0 software was used to analyze 912 students performance from three majors on thick line perforation and surgical knot under simulated laparoscopic training.The test results are analyzed for their frequency,difficulty,distinction,reliability,and normality.Results After incorporating the time coefficient,the examination overall difficulty was moderate(P=0.68),and its reliability was moderate(α=0.510).The grading points indicate that the examination s overall quality is higher.In terms of total score,sub-item score,and sub-item completion rate,the 5-year clinical+pediatric specialty scored the highest,followed by 8-year clinical+pediatric specialty scored the second highest.The 5-year imaging+optometry specialty scored the lowest.Timing pressure significantly increases the difficulty of examination while simultaneously improving its distinction and reliability.The aggregated scores of all students and their majors did not follow a normal distribution.The average score for all students was 67.56±20.66 and combined averages for the three majors were 69.76±20.21,64.75±20.26 and 62.01±22.29.Conclusion This examination comprehensively assesses students mastery of laparoscopic operation skills.Time constraints improve the examination s quality.There is a disconnect between the quality of 8-year major students and their performance on examinations,which should prompt reflection on the direction of teaching and education reform.
