摘  要:疫情期间的线上教学使教师感受到线上教学的优势,并积累了一定的教学经验。疫情之后如何整合课程资源,进一步提高教学质量是急需解决的问题。混合式教学能够结合“线上”“线下”的教学优势,是一种合理高效的教学方式。本文总结了疫情期间《临床血液学检验技术》细胞形态实验教学线上实施情况,分析了后疫情时代《临床血液学检验技术》细胞形态混合式实验教学的教学设计、探讨了罗杰斯人本主义教学理论在其中的应用、指出了存在的问题及应对策略。为下一步实验教学提供了思路、奠定了基础。Online teaching during the epidemic period made teachers feel the advantages of online teaching and accumulate certain teaching experience.After the epidemic,how to integrate curriculum resources and improve teaching quality is an urgent problem to be solved.Blended teaching can combine the advantages of online and offline teaching,which is a reasonable and efficient teaching method.This paper summarizes the implementation of online experimental teaching of cell morphology in Clinical Hematologic Laboratory Technology during the epidemic period,analyzes the teaching design of the blended experimental teaching of cell morphology in the post-epidemic era,discusses the application of Rogers humanistic education theory in it,points out the existing problems and countermeasures,provides the idea and lays the foundation for the next experiment teaching.
