摘 要:目的探讨心血管介入手术观摩结合问题式学习(problem-based learning,PBL)教学方法在心内科教学中的应用效果。方法2017年11月-2019年10月按顺序共纳入临床专业学生共120名,将这些临床专业学生根据随机数字法分为对照组(传统教学组)和实验组(心血管介入手术观摩+PBL教学组)。对照组的学生按照传统的教学方法进行教学,而研究组的学生则进行心血管介入手术观摩并结合PBL教学模式进行教学。课程学习结束后对两组学生进行问卷调查和考核,比较两种教学方法的教学效果。结果与传统教学组学生相比较,实验组学生的学习成绩得到显著提升,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。而且,与传统教学组学生比较,实验组学生的学习积极性、学习能力、理论知识理解和临床思维能力等均有极其显著的提高,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论心血管介入手术观摩结合PBL教学更加注重以学生为主体,在心内科教学中具有更好的教学效果,可以显著提升学生的学习积极性、学习能力、理论知识理解和临床思维能力,值得进一步深入探索并推广。Objective To explore the effect of cardiovascular interventional surgery observation with PBL teaching mode in cardiovascular medicine teaching.Methods 120 students of clinical medicine at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Medical College of Xi an Jiaotong University from November 2017 to October 2019 were recruited.And they were randomly divided into control group(traditional group)and study group(cardiovascular interventional surgery observation with PBL teaching),60 subjects in each group.The control group were taught traditionally,whereas the study group were taught by cardiovascular interventional surgery observation with PBL teaching.And the results of two teaching modes were carried out by examination and questionnaire.Results In comparison with the control group,the score of the study group was significantly higher(P<0.01).Moreover,compared with the control group,learning initiative,learning ability,theoretical knowledge understanding and clinical thinking ability of the study group was considerably increased(P<0.01).Conclusion Combination of cardiovascular interventional surgery observation with PBL teaching mode is more student-centered and has better effect in cardiovascular medicine teaching.This new teaching method can significantly promote learning initiative,learning ability,theoretical knowledge understanding and clinical thinking ability of the students.It is worth further exploring and popularizing.
