摘 要:目的探索德医并举的课程思政清单在临床医学内科学教学中的应用。方法纳入在西安交通大学第一附属医院承担的2020-2021学年第一学期临床医学内科学课程学生347人,分为课程思政组和对照组。课程思政组实施德医并举的课程思政清单教学,对照组实施常规教学。教学成果评价包括课程考核评分及课程思政调查问卷自我评分。结果实施德医并举的课程思政清单教学的课程思政组学生的内科学课程考核评分(85.4±2.75 vs 78.7±2.36,P=0.038)和课程思政调查问卷自我评分(89.5±3.76 vs 76.5±4.66,P=0.023)均显著高于对照组学生。结论德医并举的课程思政清单显著提高内科学课程的教学质量和育人作用。Objective To explore the application of ideological and political education checklist that place equal emphasis on medical ethics and skill in internal medicine teaching.Methods A total of 347 students of internal medicine course in the first semester of the 2020-2021 academic year in the First affiliated Hospital of Xi an Jiaotong University were included.The students were divided into the ideological and political education group and the control group.The ideological and political education group implemented ideological and political education checklist teaching that place equal emphasis on medical ethics and skill.The control group was given routine teaching.The evaluation of teaching results includes course assessment score and self-evaluation of ideological and political education questionnaire.Results Students received ideological and political education checklist teaching that place equal emphasis on medical ethics and skill in internal medicine course had both higher internal medicine course assessment score(85.4±2.75 vs 78.7±2.36,P=0.038)and self-evaluation score of ideological and political education questionnaire(89.5±3.76 vs 76.5±4.66,P=0.023)than those of students in the control group.Conclusion The ideological and political education checklist teaching that place equal emphasis on medical ethics and skill can improve the teaching quality and educating effect of internal medicine.
