生育政策变革背景下住宅套型多维度适应性设计研究

摘　　要：国家生育政策在近几年发生重大转变,给城市带来较大的居住压力。多孩“育儿”家庭中祖辈的介入,使得住户的居住行为更加复杂,我国住宅市场采用的“经典”套型模板已无法满足这类家庭的基本居住需求。此文分析家庭“育儿”居住行为与现阶段住宅套型设计之间的矛盾,提出生育政策变革引发的居住问题。此文突破僵化的设计思维模式,分别从二维平面、三维空间、一维时间三个层面,探讨适应家庭“育儿”居住行为的住宅套型设计方法,为我国住宅设计的新发展提供理论依据。Great changes have taken place in the national birth policy in recent years,which brings great residential pressure to cities.The intervention of grandparents in the"parenting"family with more than one child makes the residential behavior of households more complex,and the"classic"templates in China’s housing market can’t meet the basic residential needs of such families.This paper analyzes the contradiction between the family's"parenting"residential behavior and the current housing suite design,and puts forward the housing problems caused by the birth policy reform.Breaking through the rigid design thinking mode,from three levels of two-dimensional plane,three-dimensional space and one-dimensional time,it discusses the design method of housing suite which adapts to the family’s"parenting"residential behavior,thus providing a theoretical basis for the new development of housing suite design in China.
