摘 要:为测度和改善四川省交通和经济发展不平衡现状,结合最短旅行时间矩阵与交通基础设施水平构建交通可达性模型,以GDP、人均可支配收入、第三产业增加值为指标构建经济规模指数模型,量化测算四川省18个地级市的交通可达性及经济发展水平,并构建耦合协调模型评估两者的作用水平。结果表明:四川省地级市经济发展水平与交通可达性具有同步趋升一致性,但也存在个别错位现象;地区分布差异明显,存在五个耦合协调发展阶段。根据研究结果,城市的经济发展水平和交通可达性可能存在一定差异性,交通中心城市不完全等同于经济中心城市。解决城市交通与经济发展不平衡问题,可基于两者的耦合协调度,优先从处于低水平耦合阶段和拮抗阶段的城市入手。In order to measure and improve the unbalanced situation of transport and economic development in Sichuan Province,a transport accessibility model was constructed based on the shortest travel time matrix and the level of transport infrastructure.Taking GDP,per capita disposable income and the added value of the tertiary industry as indicators,an economic scale index model was constructed to quantitatively measure the transport accessibility and economic development level of 18 prefecturelevel cities in Sichuan Province,and a coupling coordination model was established to evaluate the action level of the two.The results show that the economic development level and transport accessibility of prefecture-level cities in Sichuan Province tend to rise synchronously,but there are also some dislocation phenomena;there are obvious differences in regional distribution,and there are five stages of coupling and coordinated development.According to the research results,there may be some differences in the economic development level and transport accessibility of cities,and the transport center city is not completely equal to the economic center city.To solve the problem of imbalance between urban transport and economic development,the coupling coordination between them could be analyzed and the cities in the low coupling stage and antagonistic stage could be given priority to.
