摘  要:注意缺陷多动障碍(Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)是儿童学龄早期以多动、冲动、注意力不集中为主要特征的常见疾病.脑电生物反馈,也称为神经反馈,作为药物治疗ADHD儿童的补充或并行疗法,已得到广泛运用.然而并不是所有的脑电生物反馈治疗ADHD儿童试验都适合用来评价其治疗作用.为了探讨近10年我国随机对照组试验中脑电生物反馈治疗ADHD患儿的效应情况,本文从中国知网CNKI等数据库(2011—2020年)检索到认为可以评价脑电生物反馈治疗ADHD患儿作用的文献24篇,分析阐述并总结其疗效特点和未来治疗发展的新技术,为脑电生物反馈科学治疗ADHD儿童提供一定的参考.Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)is a common disease in the children of early school age which characterized by hyperactivity,impulsivity and lack of concentration.Electroencephalogram(EEG)bio-feedback,also known as neurofeedback(NF)has been widely used as a complementary or parallel therapy accompanying with medicines for children with ADHD.However,not all kinds of treatments on ADHD with EEG bio-feedback can be used to evaluate their effects.In order to explore the effects of EEG bio-feedback in the ADHD treatments with randomly control groups in China,24 articles which collected from CNKI and other databases are related to the therapeutic effects of EEG bio-feedback.All of the selected articles were published from 2011 to 2020.The therapeutic characters of the cases are summarized to put forward the techniques with prospective application in the future,and aim to provide reference for EEG bio-feedback treatments on ADHD.
