摘  要:“川九路”为我国首条生态环保示范公路,在我国山区公路的建设和保护中起着示范和引领作用;“8·8”九寨沟地震导致公路沿线不良地质发育,次生灾害频发,公路破坏严重.“川九路”修复新示范工程被列为灾后“基础设置和公共服务重建”的重要项目.为监测和评价“川九路”灾后重建的成效,本文通过遥感影像解译确定公路两侧裸地斑块,并对裸地斑块进行实地调查,分析裸地斑块的产生原因,评价其治理措施.结果显示,“川九路”裸地斑块主要来源于次生灾害和工程破坏,64.14%的裸地斑块已得到修复,且修复措施的选择具有较高的针对性,较好地体现了“川九路”理念.这些结果将为川九公路的后续管理、“川九路”理念和经验的推广提供参考.Chuanjiu Road is well known for the environmental protection activities,and sets a good example for road construction in the mountain areas."8.8"earthquake of Jiuzhaigou resulted in poor geographic condition and secondary disasters along Chuanjiu Road,which resulted in serious damage of Chuanjiu Road.The new demonstration project of Chuanjiu Road was listed as an important part of the reconstruction of transport infrastructure and public service after the earthquake.In order to assess the restoration effectiveness,this paper identified and located the bare patches along Chuanjiu Road based on the interpretation of remote sensing images.Then each bare patch is investigated.The inducing factors and restoration activities of each patch were surveyed.The results show that the bare patches are majorly induced from secondary disasters and road construction activities.However,64.14%bare patches are reconstructed with specialized activities on each kind of bare patch.The results would provide a good reference for subsequent management of Chuanjiu Road,and also give a good example for the construction of other roads.
