摘　　要：目的探讨Brunnstrom技术联合依达拉奉对脑卒中患者的治疗效果及肢体功能康复的影响。方法纳入2017-08—2019-08河南中医药大学三附院接诊的80例脑卒中患者,观察组与对照组各40例。所有患者给予常规治疗,对照组加用依达拉奉治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合Brunnstrom技术干预,对比2组患者的临床疗效、认知功能、血清学指标、肢体活动功能、不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率90.00%(36/40),高于对照组的72.50%(29/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表上肢运动功能、下肢运动功能、平衡功能、关节活动度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间患者不良反应发生率对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论Brunnstrom技术联合依达拉奉对脑卒中患者的治疗效果良好,能够提高临床疗效,改善患者的认知功能和血清学指标,提高肢体康复功能,安全性良好。Objective To study the effect of Brunnstrom combined with edaravone on stroke patients and the rehabilitation of limb function.Methods From August 2017 to August 2019,80 stroke patients admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled,40 cases in the observation group and 40 cases in the control group.All the patients were given routine treatment,the control group was given edaravone treatment,the observation group combined Brunnstrom technology intervention on the basis of control group.The clinical curative effect,cognitive function,serological index,limb activity function and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared statistically.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%(36/40).After treatment,the scores of MMSE,Mo CA and ADL in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of NSE,MMP-9 and Hcy in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of upper limb motor function,lower limb motor function,balance function and joint activity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were17.50%(7/40)and 10.00%(4/40),respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Brunnstrom technology combined with edaravone has a good therapeutic effect on stroke patients,which can improve the clinical efficacy,cognitive function and serological index of the patients,improve the limb rehabilitation function of the patients,and have a good therapeutic safety.
