摘  要:针对弹性连杆式振动机在整个工作过程中的运动轨迹及过共振区的振动幅值变化问题,运用三维建模软件CATIA及多体动力学分析软件ADAMS,建立弹性连杆式振动机的动力学模型进行仿真分析。仿真得到振动机的运动轨迹,启停过程中振动系统的位移、速度及加速度变量随时间的变化曲线。仿真结果与理论计算和实际观测相一致,可为弹性连杆式振动机的设计及改进提供参考和借鉴。Aiming at the problem of the movement trajectory of the elastic link-type vibrator during the entire working process and the change of the amplitude changes through the resonance zone,a dynamic model of the elastic-link vibrator was established for simulation analysis by using the three-dimensional modeling software CATIA and the multi-body dynamics analysis software ADAMS.Through simulation,the motion trajectory of the vibrating machine and the change curve of the displacement,velocity and acceleration variable of the vibrating system with time during the start and stop process with time are obtained.The simulation results are consistent with theoretical calculations and the actual observations,which can provide reference for the design and improvement of the elastic link-type vibrator.
