摘 要:挺身式跳远技术是高校体育教育专业的田径教学主要项目之一,传统的体育课堂教学已难以满足学生的学习需求。本文采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法等,对挺身式跳远技术的微课设计进行研究,结果发现:挺身式跳远技术微课教学有动作技术特点、教师因素、学生因素、社会环境因素等方面的优势;挺身式跳远微课模型构建,可分为助跑、起跳、腾空、落地、完整技术动作的内容选取、脚本设计、视频形成三大部分;挺身式技术微课教学流程为搭建微信学习平台、有效课前预习、常规课堂教学及课后反馈、复习。The long jump technique is one of the main items in the track and field teaching of the college physical education major.This article adopts the method of literature data and logical analysis to study the micro-class design of the long jump techniques.The results reveal that the micro-class teaching of the long jump techniques has such advantages as characteristics of movement techniques,teacher factors,student factors,social environment factors,etc.;the construction of the stand-up long jump micro-class model can be divided into three parts:approach,take-off,flight,landing,complete content selection of technical actions,script design,and video formation;the stand-up technical micro-class teaching process is to build a WeChat learning platform,effective pre-class preview,regular classroom teaching,after-class feedback and review.
