摘　　要：介绍了九江3500 mm中厚板快速冷却控制系统的升级改造和生产应用,为了进一步提高产品质量和自动化水平,根据中厚板厂轧后冷却装备的技术特点,有针对性地开发了在线冷却控制系统,开展了新一代中厚板快速冷却控制系统的在线调试和生产应用。生产实践表明:该快速冷却系统在控制精度、温度均匀性、板形等方面均得到较大的提升,能够满足中厚板生产工艺和产品质量的技术要求。This paper introduces the production application of Jiujiang 3500 mm plate rapid cooling control system.In order to further improve product quality and automation level,according to the technical characteristics of cooling equipment in plate plant,the on-line cooling control system is developed,and the on-line commissioning and production application of a new type of plate rapid cooling control system are developed.The production practice shows that the rapid cooling system has been greatly improved in control accuracy,temperature uniformity and plate shape,and can meet the technical requirements of medium and heavy plate production process and product quality.
