摘  要:掺硼是一种常见的碳纤维改性手段。通过详细介绍硼改性碳纤维的各种制备方法及其发展历程,揭示了制备工艺向更加安全、高效,低成本发展的趋势。总结硼对碳纤维力学、氧化、微观性质的改善作用,并对比了不同掺硼方法、硼添加量和反应温度对碳纤维性质的影响,指出选择合适的工艺条件是制备高性能硼改性碳纤维的必要条件。硼改性碳纤维具有较好的力学、抗氧化性能和其他附加性能,因此尝试将硼改性碳纤维与不同材料复合,拓宽其在复合材料领域的应用范围是极具发展潜力的研究方向。Doping boron in carbon fiber is a common way to improve the performance of carbon fiber.Through the introduction of various preparation methods and development history of boron-modified carbon fiber,the trend of the preparation process towards safer,more efficient and low-cost development was revealed.The improvement effects of boron on the mechanical,oxidation and microscopic properties of carbon fibers were summarized,and compared the effects of different boron doping methods,boron addition amount and reaction temperature on the properties of carbon fibers.It was proposed that the selection of suitable process conditions was necessary for the preparation of highperformance boron-modified carbon fibers.The boron-modified carbon fibers had good mechanical properties,oxidation resistance and other additional properties.Therefore,it was a research direction with great development potential to try to compound boron-modified carbon fibers with different materials to broaden their applications in the field of composite materials.
