摘 要:冷轧带钢的表面质量是影响其性能的关键因素之一,目前常采用化学清洗+电解清洗+物理漂洗的清洗方式去除带钢表面的油脂。以某冷轧厂待脱脂的带钢样品为研究对象,借鉴现有脱脂工艺,定性并定量研究了超声波清洗脱脂的效果,并在此基础上开展了工业规模中试研究。试验结果表明,超声波清洗1 s,带钢表面清洁度可达85%;超声波清洗2~3 s,带钢表面清洁度可达93%以上;结合刷洗工艺,超声波清洗1~2 s,带钢表面即可达到良好的脱脂效果。工业应用表明,超声波脱脂效率高且清洗效果好,实施便捷且运行能耗低,具有良好的应用前景。Surface quality of cold rolled strip is one of the key factors affecting its properties.At present,the main clean method used to remove the grease on the surface of the strip is chemical cleaning+electrolytic cleaning+physical rinsing.By using the existing degreasing process,the effect of ultrasonic cleaning on the strip samples from a cold rolling factory was studied,and then an industrial-scale pilot study was carried out.The results show that ultrasonic cleaning can achieve good surface cleanliness with high efficiency.The surface cleanliness can be improved by 85%with 1 s ultrasonic cleaning,and a total cleanliness surface can be achieved with 2-3 s ultrasonic cleaning.Excellent surface cleanliness can be obtained by using scrubbing process combined with ultrasonic cleaning time of 1-2 s.The industry qpplication results show that ultrasonic cleaning is convenient and effective,and it shows prospect of engineering application.
