摘  要:当今,我国正处于经济文化高度发展和社会快速变革的阶段,且青少年学生正经历一个身心快速成长的过程,迫切需要贴合社会环境形势及青少年身心特点的性健康与艾滋病预防教育。应用心理行为理论指导开展学生性健康与艾滋病预防教育具有积极的现实意义。目前国内外已有多种行为理论应用于性健康及艾滋病防控领域,如健康信念模式、知信行模式、信息-动机-行为技巧理论等。深入解读国内外有关青少年学生性健康与艾滋病教育的指导意见,分析现有应用于艾滋病领域的行为理论及实践案例,有助于在理论指导下进一步推进我国青少年学生性健康及艾滋病预防教育。Nowadays,China is under rapid economic and cultural development,with accelerated social transformation,meanwhile adolescent students are experiencing a fast-growing period both physically and mentally.Therefore,it’s urgent to carry out targeted sexual health and AIDS prevention education in line with the social environment and the physical and mental characteristics of adolescents.It is practical and significant to apply psychological behavior theory to guide students’sexual health and AIDS prevention education.At present,a variety of behavioral theories have been applied in the field of sexual health and AIDS prevention and control globally,such as Health Belief Model/Theorised(HBM/HBT),Knowledge,Attitudes,Beliefs,and Practices(KABP),Information-Motivation-Behavioral Skill Model(IMB).It is helpful to further promote the sexual health and AIDS prevention education of adolescent students in China,by deeply understanding the relative domestic and foreign guidance,and analyzing the behavior theory and practice cases applied in the field of AIDS.
