摘  要:为了满足船舶越来越严格的减振降噪要求,需要对船舶上柴油发电机组、空压机和泵组装置等噪声源设备进行高效隔振。首先依据气囊隔振器设计理论,设计承载约0.4 t、固有频率为(4.5±0.5)Hz的船用气囊减振器(型号为719CYQN-400);然后通过动静刚度试验、载荷与耐压试验、疲劳与气密性试验,得到气囊减振器的各项性能参数,验证设计方法的准确性;最后在实船中应用了该气囊,隔振效果高达31 dB。In order to meet the stricter requirements of vibration and noise reduction of ship,the vibration isolation of noise sources like marine diesel generator,air compressor and pump set needed to be carried out efficiently.Firstly,according to the design theory of airbag vibration isolator,a marine airbag vibration isolator(model 719CYQN-400)with a design load of about 0.4 t and a natural frequency of(4.5±0.5)Hz is designed.Then,through the dynamic and static stiffness test,load and pressure-tight test,fatigue and air tightness test,the performance parameters of the airbag vibration isolator are obtained,and the accuracy of the design method is verified.Finally,the developed airbag is applied in real ship,and the vibration isolation effect is as high as 31 dB.
