摘 要:对于基于机器视觉的纸病检测系统而言,如果能在了解用户需求后,设计出一套稳定且适用的系统架构可以达到事半功倍的效果。本文基于木桶理论的纸病检测系统架构,以工业线阵相机产生的数据量和各种硬件的处理能力为研究内容,以配置均衡为主要研究目标,设计出一套有效的、可供参考的纸病检测系统架构的搭建方案,针对不同的流水线,提出最小适配方案,最终达到既能满足用户需求又不浪费系统资源的效果,有效为造纸企业降低投资成本。For a paper defect detection system based on machine vision,it could achieve a multiplier effect with half the effort that designed a stable and applicable system architecture after understanding user needs.Based on barrel theory,taking the amount of data generated by the industrial line scan camera and the processing capabilities of various hardware as the research content,taking allocation equilibrium as the main research goal,a set of effective paper defect detection system architecture construction plan was designed for reference,which could propose a minimum adaptation scheme for different pipelines to meet useres’needs and save system resources,so as to effectively reduce investment costs for paper companies.
