摘　　要：酒店管理与服务接待实践能力不强是当前酒店管理专业学生存在的一个突出问题.为了提高学生实践能力,缓解酒店业对酒店管理应用型人才需求压力,文章通过分析现状、查找问题,提出了创建"互联网+"视域下的酒店实习工作坊模式.该模式注重有效性、科学性、规范性实习,并针对学校在实习大纲编制、实习指导、实习评价三方面存在的问题提出了具体的应对措施.The weak practical ability of hotel management and service reception is a prominent problem for students majoring in hotel management. In order to improve students’ practical ability and relieve the pressure of hotel industry’s demand for applied talents in hotel management, this paper puts forward a hotel internship workshop model based on "Internet +" perspective through analyzing the current situation and finding problems. The model focuses on the effectiveness, scientificity and standardization of practice, and puts forward specific measures to solve the problems existing in the preparation of practice outline, practice guidance and practice evaluation.
