愈疡灌肠方联合西药治疗溃疡性结肠炎湿热内蕴症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探索愈疡灌肠方联合西药治疗溃疡性结肠炎湿热内蕴症的临床研究。方法将寿光市人民医院收治的80例溃疡性结肠炎湿热内蕴症患者作为研究对象,依照随机信封方法分为对照组(40例)和研究组(40例),收集均在2019年1—12月期间完成。对照组选择口服美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗方法,研究组联合愈疡灌肠方治疗方法。评比两组临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候总积分以及治疗前后主要症状评分。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组77.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05);研究组治疗后的中医证候总积分为(4.10±2.15)分,低于对照组(6.50±3.85)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.442,P<0.001);研究组治疗后的腹痛症状评分、腹泻症状评分、里急后重症状评分、脓血便症状评分分别为(1.65±0.50)分、(1.15±0.65)分、(1.55±0.40)分、(0.80±0.35)分,均低于对照组[(2.20±1.25)分、(1.50±0.70)分、(2.65±0.70)分、(1.40±0.95)分],差异有统计学意义(t=2.583、2.317、8.629、3.748,P<0.05)。结论对溃疡性结肠炎湿热内蕴症患者实施愈疡灌肠方联合西药治疗方法能够取得明显临床疗效。Objective Explore the clinical study of Yuyang Enema Recipe combined with Western medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis with internal damp-heat syndrome.Methods 80 cases of patients with ulcerative colitis with endogenous damp-heat syndrome admitted to Shouguang city people's hospital were used as research objects.According to the random envelope method,they were divided into a control group(40 cases)and a study group(40 cases).The collection was completed between January and December 2019.The control group chose oral mesalazine enteric-coated tablets,and the study groupcombined with Yuyang enema.To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups,the total scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment,and the scores of main symptoms before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,higher than that of the control group(77.50%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05);the total score of TCM syndromes in the study group was(4.10±2.15)points,lower than that in the control group(6.50±3.85)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.442,P<0.001).After treatment,the abdominal pain symptom score,diarrhea symptom score,tenesmus symptom score,pus,blood and stool symptom score were(1.65±0.50)points,(1.15±0.65)points,(1.55±0.40)points,(0.80±0.35)points,respectively,compared with the control group[(2.20±1.25)points,(1.50±0.70)points,(2.65±0.70)points,(1.40±0.95)points],the difference were statistically significant(t=2.583,2.317,8.629,3.748,P<0.05).Conclusion Treating patients with ulcerative colitis with damp-heat syndrome,the treatment of Yuyang enema combined with western medicine can achieve significant clinical effects.
