摘　　要：菜用甘薯营养价值丰富,但育种起步晚,专用品种较少。本研究以自主知识产权的甘薯新品种‘川菜薯SH1’为实验材料,诱导培养‘川菜薯SH1’悬浮细胞,利用^(60)Co辐射诱变,通过PEG耐旱筛选辐照处理后的悬浮细胞,分化得到‘川菜薯SH1’再生植株40株。测定再生植株的SOD酶活性和脯氨酸含量,发现3株再生植株的脯氨酸含量和SOD酶活性均显著高于对照;食味评分及田间数据分析表明,这3份菜用甘薯材料的口感风味及产量并未发生明显变化。本研究可为菜用甘薯的选育提供新的途径和方法。辐射诱变定向创制耐旱材料,能加快菜用甘薯抗旱育种进程,为菜用甘薯生产节水、提质增效提供技术帮助。The vegetable sweetpotato has rich nutritional value,but breeding started late,and there are few special varieties.In this study,’Chuancaishu SH1’ with full intellectual property was used as the experimental material to induce and culture the suspension cells.Using^(60)Co-γ radiation mutation,the suspension cells treated by PEG drought tolerance were screened,and 40 regenerated plants were obtained.The content of proline and activity of SOD(Superoxide dismutase) in the regenerated plants were measured.It was found that the contents of the two substances in three regenerated plants were significantly higher than those in the control.The taste score and field experiment showed that the taste,flavor and yield of those three materials didn’t change significantly.This study can provide a new way and method for the breeding of vegetable sweetpotato.The radiation induced drought resistant material can speed up the process of drought resistance breeding of vegetable sweetpotato,provide technical help for reducing water consumption,saving cost and increasing efficiency in the vegetable sweetpotato production.
